We are the first and only lettings company in the region, to offer a full property management service for a set monthly charge – every other letting agency charge a percentage of the monthly rental achieved (our research shows that the standard monthly management charge in the Southampton region is 13%+ vat).
At CLEAR Residential Lettings we feel that this is unfair and unjust, why should some landlords pay more, just because their properties are worth more in rental income?
We offer a full property management service at a set monthly charge of £60.00 (+vat), so no matter what the rental income achieved, CLEAR Residential Lettings will only charge the set fee (and obviously only from when the property is let).
As well as carrying out a full credit search on potential tenants we also obtain an employers reference and a previous/current landlords reference (we also off a 'rent guarantee' scheme), so that as a landlord you can have as much peace of mind as possible.
