At Clear Residential Lettings we also offer a ‘landlord sales service’ for clients wishing to sell an investment property.

We have a large database of landlords, investors, speculators and developers and would immediately provide them with details of your property for sale, as well as place details on our website, Rightmove and in the local press.

The fact that you have seen the property as a good investment, will also attract other investors when the time to sell comes. Another factor is that a property with existing tenants has traditionally added a tricky angle to a potential sale, to our clients it will be an advantage!

In keeping with our ethic of a set, fair, transparent fee structure, we offer this service for a set fee of £1750.00 (+ vat), which is only payable if we sell your property. There would be no contract ‘tie-in’ if you instruct us to sell your property, you could instruct other agents and would only pay us if we achieve a sale (At Clear we think this is fair for you the client, but you should check other estate agents contracts should you wish to instruct more than one agent, as they may try and charge you a higher commission than if they were the ‘sole agent’ – we don’t).

Our ‘landlord sales service’ includes:-

• Accompanied viewings.

• No contract tie-in. Put your property on the market with other agents if you wish, you only pay us if we introduce the buyer to your property, and then only upon legal completion of your sale.
